There will also be a new update for the game here. The game will be uploaded as a demo. Three levels from the first world and three levels from the second world will then be playable. The new music by Jochen Feldkötter, alias Virgill, will also be included in this version. Vergill created all the sound and music for the game.
i just supported your game with a small (WIP) amount and tried it out on my Amiga 4000 with BFG 9060 and WB/Kick 3.2.3
Version tested Phantom-Leap-V1_4_WIP update 04.04.2025
Unfortunately it doesn't run. I also tested it with CPU Caches off and OCS Settings, but same result. The Scorpion Engine Logo appears and then it gets stuck. Just want to report this to you. I've tested it under WinUAE with A1200 Configuration, there it worked fine.
Nice Game! Thanks for your effort. Looking forward to it. I can offer to test it also on my Amiga1200 with PiStorm32 CM4 if you are interested.
Thanks for your support. The game was a very early WIP. In the meantime, a lot has happened and the game is now finished. It will be released for the Amiga 40 in Germany and will be available as a collector's edition box set. I wasn't able to test it on an Amiga 4000. So far, the game has been tested on an Amiga 500 and a1200, and as you already wrote, it ran great.
Nice game ! though i thought you would mention on this page where the assets are coming from ;) https://rephil.itch.io/ unless of course you're the same person :D
Since this is a very old WIP, I haven't mentioned it here yet. But it's been in the credits from the very first WIP with His name Phil Giarrusso. I'm not keeping it a secret. I'm not even required to mention it, but I do it anyway, as I do with all my games. ;)
I am currently working on completing the game. The game is currently in Beta 4.
But what if someone else is using it another game ? I mean won't you prefer to use your own assets ? I understand you need a graphic magician for this, but of course it's not the easiest skills to find specifically for a project. I was surprised you were using existing assets for your own game and did not decide to go for something very personnal. I recognize the main character is really cute :) Anyway, very good game :)
Not everyone is a pixel art artist. :) I like making games. Many of the free assets I use don't even require me to mention them, but I do it anyway. Some are free, but I still like to donate. The assets I use also cost money, and I have no problem paying for them. But if you want an asset that belongs only to you, it gets expensive. I've been making games for free for years, and recently also as boxed versions. I've been asked several times if I would make a collector's edition. But that also costs a lot, especially the time it takes to develop a game. I do all these things in my spare time, and I enjoy doing them. I use the Skorpion engine and freely available assets. Even if I could do all these things, the time factor would be very high. I'm always happy when someone likes the games.

Great game. Works very good on Amiga 1200 with TerrbleFire 1260LC and kickstart 3.2.3.
Thanks for testing. There will be a new version soon. This time it will be a demo of the finished game.

In Level 3 & 4 you can kill more enemies than there are. In my case 14/13 and 9/6. And a little grafic fault in Level 5
Thanks for the report. :)
